The mussels are carefully selected and cleaned by hand, then briefly fried in olive oil and covered with an escabeche marinade based on paprika, black pepper, cloves and bay leaves. These preserved mussels are produced only in their season, so that the best pieces always reach your table.

These pickled mussels are best enjoyed cold, so we recommend placing the can on crushed ice or in the freezer 5-10 minutes before opening. They are delicious on their own as an appetizer or part of tapas, but we recommend trying them as a filling for guacamole tacos. For a complete experience, we recommend opening a bottle of Spanish beer or Albariño wine to go with them.
