White, dry wine Gramona Mas Escorpí from the wine region D.O. Penedés is made from the Chardonnay variety. The adaptability of this variety is its strong point - at Mas Escorpí it is very elegant but expressive. The wine will charm you with its fresh, full body with a very intense citrus taste. The fragrance itself is full of fresh tropical fruit, green apples and pears. Pleasant acid with a long aftertaste. It is a perfect fresh wine that you can ideally enjoy with appetizers, salads, vegetables and fish.
The land is cultivated in an ecological and biodynamic way. They use sustainable practices in their winemaking, all of which help preserve a rich and diverse ecosystem that benefits the environment and therefore the grapes that are used to make the wines.
