Small wild Atlantic mackerel carefully selected at Galician fish markets and then handcrafted from start to finish. After cleaning, the fish are gently fried in olive oil to give them the right texture, grilled and then individually stacked in tins and dressed with olive oil.

Due to their small size, these mackerel are perfect for sandwiches combined with tomato and red onion, as part of tapas or just out of a cold can as a small snack. We recommend pairing the fatter and more pronounced flavour of mackerel with light white wines with a stronger acidity, which balances the whole taste experience perfectly.
