White, dry, semi-sparkling wine Gramona Fa Caló from the wine region D.O. Penedés is made from Xarel·lo Vermell, Muscat and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. The light salmon colored wine offers floral and fruity aromas - mainly jasmine, orange blossoms, pineapple and peaches. Combined with natural fine bubbles, the wine is very fresh and light. It perfectly complements light summer meals, rice dishes, salads and tapas.
The grapes are fermented at a low temperature. Only free-flowing juice from fine pressing is used. It is during the second fermentation that fine bubbles are created.
They use sustainable practices in the winery, including reducing the weight of our packaging, which in turn reduces their carbon footprint during transport, using renewable energies such as solar power. All this helps to preserve a rich and diverse ecosystem that is beneficial to the environment and therefore also to the grapes that are used to make the wines.
