SAL de IBIZA is a company focused on products made from 100% sea salt of the highest possible quality. Its production comes exclusively from the "Parc Natural de ses Salines d'Eivissa" nature reserve. The products contain no additives or preservatives whatsoever. The salt is dried only by the sun, and grinding takes place in ancient stone mills. This way, the salt retains more than 80 important minerals and trace elements (magnesium, fluorine, selenium, iodine...).
