These crisps are made from select Agria potatoes, fried in sunflower oil and seasoned with quality sea salt from Ibiza and dried white truffles.

Select potatoes are cut into thin slices and fried to a golden colour in sunflower oil. Their irresistibly elegant flavour comes from sea salt and white truffle aroma.
SAL de IBIZA is a company focused on products made from 100% sea salt of the highest possible quality. Its production comes exclusively from the "Parc Natural de ses Salines d'Eivissa" nature reserve. The products contain no additives or preservatives whatsoever. The salt is dried by the sun alone and ground in an ancient stone mill. This way the salt retains more than 80 important minerals.
Thanks to their delicate and elegant flavour, they are ideal as an accompaniment to fruity red wine or soft cheeses. They can also be served as a side to steaks or grilled chicken.
