The family company Mar-Tret has been making its products by hand in Esparreguera, Catalonia, since 1977, placing emphasis on quality, simplicity and clean composition. This mix follows the same philosophy. No preservatives, colourings or flavourings — just natural ingredients and traditional processing.
Ingredients: quinoa, carrot, pepper, courgette, onion, extra virgin olive oil, salt and natural spices. All in an ideal ratio for a balanced, subtly seasoned vegetarian treat.
Quinoa with vegetables is ready to eat straight away. Just warm it up or serve it cold. It's great as a light lunch, a side dish for meat or fish, or as a stand-alone meal for work, travel or a picnic. You can also use it as a filling for tortillas, in salads, or as the base for a healthy dinner.
Once opened, store in the fridge and use within a few days. Before serving, we recommend letting it stand at room temperature for a while, which brings out the natural flavour of the vegetables and the delicacy of the olive oil.
