Traditional grilled Piquillo de Lodosa peppers are also sometimes nicknamed "red gold", mainly for their excellent taste and high vitamin C content. They are sweet and smoky at the same time, thanks to being roasted over open flames. Thanks to their unique flavour, they are wonderful in salads, spreads, tomato sauce or soup. They pair excellently with white asparagus. They are processed by hand, without the use of preservatives or water.
