Angulas are known for their noodle-like texture and are usually served on feast days sautéed in garlic and spicy peppers and served in a traditional clay pot.

They are best enjoyed at room temperature or lightly fried with garlic. They are also worth trying in dishes with pasta or fluffy gnocchi.
