In this addition, the taste is complemented by blue-veined cheese, which comes from selected top cheese factories in Spain. Sobrasada is very delicate yet very intense in taste. It usually matures for three to four months. You can serve this typical Majorcan gastronomy sausage with pastries or use it to flavor meals.
