Preparation instructions:
In the pan, we warm olive oil, fish or seafood, or chicken or rabbit (not a condition). Add the rice and put it off after 2-3 minutes from a large burner to a small one. Sprinkle with a spice mixture and pour 1.5 l of water. We no longer mix and cook until the rice absorbs all the water. Remove from the flame and leave it for a few minutes to serve.
