Cheese made from cow's, sheep's and goat's milk, Pria Las Tres Leches Rojo
Cheese Tres Leches de Pria is a traditional Spanish cheese made from a blend of three types of milk – cow's, sheep's and goat's, which gives it a rich and balanced flavour profile.
Each type of milk contributes its own character. Cow's milk brings smoothness and creaminess, sheep's milk brings fullness and slightly nutty notes, and goat's milk adds aroma and mild piquancy.
The result is a cheese with a harmonious flavour and a pleasantly creamy to semi-hard texture, which suits cheese boards, tapas, bread or salads, but can also be used in hot dishes, where its bolder flavour enriches a variety of dishes.

Tres Leches de Pria cheese with piquant paprika, is a speciality made from three types of milk.
It is made from 50% pasteurised sheep's milk, 40% pasteurised cow's milk and 10% pasteurised goat's milk.
In addition, goat's and sheep's whey is added to increase creaminess.
Tres Leches cheese is lightly smoked and matures for at least 2 months in a cool, humid environment, so that its outer mould can form. Its appearance features a natural greyish rind and a semi-hard, orange-coloured mass, which darkens towards the part in contact with the rind, with blue veins on the inside. The holes are irregularly scattered and not very large.
The aroma is complex, milky, with a smoky hint on the surface.
The flavour is strong and spicy with a long finish.
We recommend pairing it with an Asturian white wine; it also goes wonderfully with apple jam and walnuts.
