Aroma:
Hints of very ripe tropical fruit, in which citrus nuances remain.
Palate:
Long and lingering. Balanced with a gentle acidic structure, fruity undertones such as banana and pineapple play pleasantly on the palate.
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
We recommend serving at a temperature between 6 and 8°C. Perfectly suited to chicken, fish, pasta and cheeses.
