An exceptional wine from the La Rioja region, a unique treasure. This is an archival wine with an enormous potential of up to 20 years. Elegance is the most fitting word to describe this fantastic wine. It has an intense dark red colour with violet hues. It is very dense, fruity and creamy, with a very complex aroma of forest fruit, balsamic notes and spice, set against a backdrop of blossoming flowers and minerals. On the palate it is elegant, delicate, full of unique expressiveness with enormous fruit potential and tannin well integrated into the wine's structure. In the finish, which is long and very pleasant, notes of vanilla can be observed. Robert Parker awarded it 94 points. It comes from a small, 40-year-old vineyard called La Nieta. The first fermentation takes place in small wooden barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation, and ageing then takes place for 18 months in new French oak barrels.  Grape variety: 100% Tempranillo Alcohol content: 14% Volume: 5l  Origin: Spain, D.O.
