This turrón won bronze at the PREMIO INTERNATIONAL CHOCOLATE AWARDS 2020. Rafa Gorrotxategi is the third generation of Basque confectioners in the Gorrotxategi family. He has devoted himself to confectionery since childhood, gradually gaining experience through numerous placements and courses across Germany, France and Spain itself, where he still collaborates with some of the best-known chefs: Arzak, Berrasategui, Atxa, Subijana.
