Rafa Gorrotxategi is the third generation of Basque confectioners in the Gorrotxategi family. He has been devoted to confectionery since childhood, gradually gaining experience through numerous internships and courses in Germany, France and Spain itself, where he still collaborates with some of the most renowned chefs: Arzak, Berrasategui, Atxa, Subijana.
