This product is obtained by heating sugar with glucose syrup and honey, then mixing in roasted almonds. It is handmade in the province of Albacete in Spain. The San Andrés company, founded in 1984 by people with experience passed down through three generations, has been very well received in various markets. They combine traditional recipes and modern techniques to produce delicious nougats and sweets.
