An excellent sherry, amber-yellow to lightly caramel in colour, with an impressive aroma of oak barrels, hazelnuts and roasted walnuts. The wine comes from the Toro Albalá winery and is made from the Pedro Ximénez variety. It aged for 15 years in barriques, which gives its aroma notes of wood.
We recommend serving chilled at 9 °C. Wonderful with heartier meat dishes and vegetables, and thanks to its slight bitterness, also with mushrooms and tuna.
