This sherry wine comes from the Montilla-Moriles region and the Toro Albalá winery, which prides itself on a long tradition of winemaking. Toro Albalá was the first winery in this region to launch the dessert wine Pedro Ximénez onto the market. And it remains the sole expert in Vintage PX port wines.
Marques de Poley Cream PX is a mahogany-coloured wine with amber hues, made from the Pedro Ximénez variety. The wine has a dense consistency, a pronounced aroma of caramel, nuts and honey, and a balanced, velvety sweet flavour.

We recommend pairing with sweet desserts; it goes excellently with tapas, Manchego cheese, jamón Ibérico, and also with fruit desserts and delicate pastries.
