Toro Albalá Don PX 1965 sherry is lightly balsamic with beautiful hints of liquorice and tobacco leaves. Not as sweet as other vintages. Extremely well balanced. A combination of flavours in the mouth. Dark chocolate and coffee beans leave a slightly bitter taste. Pleasant on the palate. This dessert wine can be served on its own or with desserts such as tiramisu, vanilla ice cream or nougat desserts. Serve chilled in a liqueur glass. The wine keeps for several years after opening. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and direct heat.
