A sweet dessert wine from a single 1955 harvest, Don PX Convento Selección. The wine was bottled in September 2014. Before that it aged slowly in old American barrels, where it gained concentration through gradual evaporation. 320 grams of natural sugar is perfectly balanced by 6.5 grams of acidity. The wine is very dense, with aromas of liquorice, balsamic notes, mint and camphor. Complex, rare and unique. Robert Parker awarded this excellent wine 98 points. Volume: 0.75l. Origin: Spain, Andalusia, D.O. Montilla-Moriles.
