All winemakers should take note, for this is a unique bottle of wine that comes from Spanish Andalusia. The grapes of this wine, bearing the name Pedro Ximenez, were dehydrated in direct sunlight during the Second World War. The flavour and aroma of this wine are so intense that your olfactory cells will recognise it instantly, and the pronounced flavour will melt across your palate. You will detect not only the delicate taste of sweet cinnamon, but also camphor, lemongrass, Belgian chocolate, butter, or perhaps Christmas biscuits and Belgian pralines.  An incredible spectrum of rich, sweet, balanced and delicate flavour will engage your senses, and after a while you will also recognise a hint of black olives, which gives this wine its unique taste. A total of 825 bottles were produced.
