Victorino red wine comes from the Spanish wine region of Toro and the Teso La Monja winery. The vines are over 40 years old, and the harvest, like the subsequent grape selection, is done manually. Fermentation takes place at 28 °C for 8 days, and ageing takes place in French oak barrels for 18 months. Victorino wine has a deep red colour and a wonderful aroma of red fruit with spicy tones. At the Teso la Monja winery, they pride themselves on the careful selection of old, low-yielding vines. The renowned oenologist Marcus Eguren, named Winemaker of the Year 2012 by the prestigious Wine Enthusiast magazine, produces distinctly elegant wines here that maintain the high standard and complexity characteristic of the region.  Grape variety: 100% Tinta de Toro We recommend serving at a temperature of between 16-18 °C.
