As the name suggests, this tray is meant to evoke noble Baroque style. Its shape, reminiscent of a metal structure, was created using a glass-slumping technique. These original trays were first created back in 2005, with the help of designer Luki Huber, for El Bulli, the restaurant of Ferran Adrià, a leading Michelin-starred chef.
