Enjoy the delicate slices of dried duck breast, which will charm you with their pleasant salty flavour and aroma. Duck is a very specific type of poultry, but has similar properties to red meat. Mulard breed ducks are raised according to traditional criteria - fed on corn with outdoor access. Malvasia focuses on premium production quality rather than quantity.
Before serving, we recommend taking the slices out of the fridge and letting them reach room temperature for 20 minutes. The slices are great in salads, with foie gras, or you can enjoy them on their own.
