Sierra Cantabria, Amancio, D.O. Rioja, red wine, 0.75l

Amancio red wine comes from the traditional Sierra Cantabria winery, which has been producing the finest wines for five generations. Amancio is made from the Tempranillo variety, grown on vineyards between 20 and 35 years old. The hand selection of grapes is very strict - only 8% of the harvested grapes are used for production, guaranteeing high quality. After initial maceration, subsequent fermentation and a further 21-day secondary maceration, the wine ages for 24 months in barrique barrels. It then continues to mature in the bottle for a further 4 months. The result is a unique wine with a complex aroma of ripe red fruit and mineral notes, and a very pronounced, tannin-rich flavour.  Grape variety: 100% Tempranillo We recommend serving at a temperature of 18 °C and pairing with roast meat, beef and game. We recommend decanting before drinking.
