This natural apple sidra is made from carefully selected best varieties of cider apples. They are crushed and pressed to obtain must, which, after alcoholic fermentation and ageing, produces this excellent sidra.
No filtration is used during production, which causes sediment to settle in the bottle. To disperse this sediment and improve the qualities of this sidra, we recommend gently turning the bottle over before opening and pouring it in the traditional way, from a height. We recommend serving it chilled.
