Siderit Gingerlime is made using a rye spirit base and the same 12 botanicals as Siderit's London Dry. It also combines them with ginger and lime. The Siderit distillery, based in northern Spain, has had a clear vision of its goals from the very beginning. The founders set out to produce the highest-quality spirits using only the finest natural raw materials, capable of delighting even the most demanding palates.
A delicious combination of bitter and sweet flavours is set off by delicate juniper. Siderit masterfully combined ginger and lime as a nod to Yin and Yang. The aim was for the distinct natural flavours to combine harmoniously and achieve perfect balance.
