A paella set that gives you a taste of Valencia at home! The pack contains paella rice, a sachet of seasoning blend and olive oil.
Preparation instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a pan; you can use it to sear fish or seafood, or chicken or rabbit if you like (optional). Add the rice and, after 2-3 minutes, turn the heat down from high to low. Sprinkle over the prepared spice blend and pour in 1.5 l of water. Do not stir again, and cook until the rice has absorbed all the water. Remove from the heat and leave to stand for a few minutes before serving.
