Partida Pedrer Rosat is a unique, terroir-driven rosé wine from Priorat that shatters preconceptions of how a rosé should taste.
It is made from the Garnacha Tinta variety on north-facing slopes with slate soil, and thanks to gentle, natural production it offers remarkable depth, freshness and structure.
The wine is dry, fresh and complex. It shows notes of red fruit such as raspberries and redcurrant, orange peel, wild herbs and minerality. On the palate there is a balanced acidity and a dry finish, as with a white wine. It has been described as a "breathtaking rosé".

Grape variety: 100% Garnacha Tinta
Vineyard: The vineyard is located on a north-facing slope, allowing it to capture the freshness of shade and morning sun. The soils are slate (llicorella), the vineyard is farmed organically, without chemicals, by hand and with the help of a mule.
Production and ageing: The grapes are pressed without the addition of sulphur. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with wild yeasts and lasts up to 17 months. First in used oak barrels, then in stainless steel tanks, so that the wine is not overlaid by oak. Fermentation for 6 months is cited, followed by ageing for 9 months in vessels of various sizes.
Taste and aroma: The wine is dry, fresh and complex. It shows notes of red fruit such as raspberries and redcurrant, orange peel, wild herbs and minerality. On the palate there is a balanced acidity and a dry finish, as with a white wine. It has been described as a "breathtaking rosé".
Food pairing: Pairs beautifully with Mediterranean dishes. For example, grilled vegetables, herb-based dishes, light meats, fish dishes and risottos. Recommended serving temperature: 9-11 °C.
