Las Bromelias chocolate is a true treasure among chocolates. It's made from a unique blend of cocoa beans of the Ocumare, Chuao and Choroní varieties. The Chuao variety in particular is among the rarest and most flavour-interesting cocoas in the world – only around 5,000 kg is harvested each year, and premium chocolatiers literally fight over it.

These cocoa beans, originally grown as far back as colonial times, have an unusual white and pink colour, which gives the resulting chocolate a lighter, delicate character with a complex flavour profile.
