The Viognier variety is grown on a small, hidden vineyard in the La Seca area, Valladolid. It is an aromatic wine made from 100% Viognier variety.
Planting of the vineyards dates back to 1999. The soil here is rich in calcium and magnesium, is very well-aerated and has good drainage.
This wine aged for 6 months in 300l oak barrels.
