Delicious dry white wine made from the Albariño variety, suitable as an aperitif or to accompany fish dishes. It is an excellent wine of light yellow colour and wonderfully full flavour. The grapes used to make this delicious wine come from lowlands close to the Atlantic Ocean, which influences the resulting flavour of the grapes, as does the local clay subsoil. The wine ages for at least 5 months in tanks and then a further 30 months in the bottle.

This excellent wine of light yellow colour and full flavour comes from the Pazo Señorans winery in D.O. Rías Baixas. The grapes used to make this delicious wine come from lowlands close to the sea, which influences the resulting flavour of the grapes, as does the clay subsoil. After hand-picking the grapes, they are macerated with their skins and then fermented at a controlled temperature of 16°C. The wine ages for at least 5 months in tanks and then a further 30 months in the bottle.
