Care instructions:
Before first use, wash the pan with washing-up liquid and a sponge, then wipe it dry.
After use, wash the pan again with washing-up liquid and a sponge, wipe it dry and rub a thin layer of olive oil onto both sides. If you use the pan only occasionally, we recommend storing it in a plastic cover.
