A dry white wine from the Bizkaiko Txakolina wine region, made from the varieties Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia and Hondarrabi Zuri. The wine is young, with a pale straw-yellow colour and aromas of green apples, pears, grapefruit and orange blossom. On the palate it is soft and full, with a saline finish. We recommend serving at a temperature of 10-12°C paired with seafood, oysters, fish or white meat.

A dry white wine from the Bizkaiko Txakolina wine region, made from the varieties Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia and Hondarrabi Zuri, from vineyards in the village of Kortezubi, a small town in the Basque Country famous for its prehistoric caves and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The soil here is clay-limestone.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine is stabilised for 4 months in contact with the yeasts.
The wine is young, with a pale straw-yellow colour and aromas of green apples, pears, grapefruit and orange blossom.
On the palate it is soft and full, with a saline finish.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 10-12°C paired with seafood, oysters, fish or white meat.
