Tasting notes: Intense colour of ripe cherries. A complex wine, aromatically expressive. You can detect ripe red berries, vanilla and the scent of wood. On the palate the wine has a meaty flavour, developing into forest fruit. The wine is very full-bodied and balanced.
Food pairing: Suitable for red meats, grilled vegetables and lamb, and aromatic cheeses.
