This excellent blossom honey with an intense, long-lasting aroma comes from the flowering meadows of the Iberian Peninsula and is harvested from spring to late autumn. It wonderfully flavours porridge, yoghurts, puddings or pancakes, makes a great substitute for sugar in desserts or drinks, and also shines in sauces or dressings.
The company Muria specialises in producing the finest honeys and beekeeping products. It is run by the sixth generation of the Muria beekeeping family, whose history dates back to 1810. More than 2 000 Dadant hives with black Iberian bees are placed across flowering locations throughout the Iberian Peninsula, guaranteeing honey production all year round.
