Mastinell Chapó!, from the Penedès region, is a sparkling wine made from the Chardonnay variety. A wine with a golden colour, where notes of pine and rose blossom precede a touch of pineapple, grapefruit and melon. Balanced and elegant with a long, pleasant edge.

Mastinell Chapó!, from the Penedès region, is a sparkling wine made from the Chardonnay variety. A vivid, straw-yellow colour with ochre hues, with fine bubbles that create a foamy sensation in the mouth. The aroma is balanced between the variety's own tones, such as lychee and tropical fruit, accompanied by notes of pastry. The flavour is delicate and creates a perfect balance between structure and acidity.
The grapes are hand-harvested and the wine ages for 36 months. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6-8°C.
It will pair wonderfully with fish and rice dishes and any dishes made with puff pastry or creamy sauces.
