Mastinell Carpe Diem Gran Reserva, from the Penedès region, is a white sparkling wine made from three varieties: Chardonnay, Xarel·lo and Parellada. A bright yellow colour with golden highlights and very fine bubbles that rise steadily and form a crown on the surface. You'll be charmed by the aroma of dried flowers, fruit, almonds and honey. On the palate you'll notice notes of dried apricots and dates. The cava is complex, harmonious and complemented by a wonderful dry freshness.
The grapes are hand-picked, and the wine ages for at least 24 months in the bottle.
We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6-8°C, paired with fish, pasta or rice.
