Mastinell Brut Real Gran Reserva, from the Penedès region, is a white sparkling wine made from three varieties: Xarel·lo, Parellada and Macabeu. A pale yellow colour with rich, fine bubbles that form a crown on the surface. The cava has a fairly intense fruity - apple nose that is clean and very harmonious. The flavour, with good acidity, is lively and very fresh, balanced with a gentle sweet finish.
The cava was chosen for the wedding of the Spanish Infanta Cristina de Borbón and, in 2008, as the official cava of the Spanish Olympic Committee for the Beijing Olympic Games, which certainly proves its quality.
We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6-8°C, paired with fish and seafood.
