Mastinell Brut Nature Gran Reserva, from the Penedès region, is a white sparkling wine made from three varieties: Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada. A clear, yellow colour with ochre highlights and fine bubbles. A complex nose dominated by the grapevine, with light hints of nuts and waxy undertones. A balanced, full flavour with hints of butter and honey. A long, pleasant aftertaste. No additional sugar is added.
The grapes are hand-picked and the wine ages for at least 60 months. The cava comes from organic farming.
We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6-8°C. The cava will pair wonderfully with fish, game or stewed Iberian ham.
