Mel i Untis translates as honey and vinegar. These two basic ingredients define this Menorcan company rather well. On the greenest of the Balearic islands they own a bee farm, and their hives have been helping the local wildlife for over ten years. Their ecological apiary produces excellent honey, and alongside it their range also includes jams and vegetables pickled in vinegar — hence the second part of their name. Everything, of course, is made from local ingredients and crafted by hand.
