Mushrooms in spicy marinade from the family-run Spanish company Mar-Tret bring a balanced combination of the delicate flavour of fresh mushrooms and a pleasant kick of heat.
Carefully selected small mushrooms are marinated in a mixture of olive oil, wine vinegar, garlic, herbs and chilli, which gives them an intense, mildly spicy flavour and Mediterranean character.
