The history of the family company artMuria goes back to 1810, when the family decided to go into beekeeping. Since then the company has been run by the sixth generation. The company is based in the area of El Perelló in Tarragona, known as the "honey village", because Muria became the first honey producer in Catalonia. Their honey has earned worldwide renown and won a number of international awards.
