The wine has a pale colour. It has aromas of quince, pears, honey, white flowers (such as orange blossom and jasmine) and grapefruit, with a hint of balsamic at the end. On the palate the wine is dry, with mild tannins and a slightly saline note towards the end, caused by the granite soil of the vineyards. The flavour is further enhanced by a subtle bitterness typical of the variety.

Las Moradas Albillo Real white wine, from the D.O. Madrid region, is made from the Albillo variety. The wine ages for 8 months in French oak barrels. The whole process is organic and biodynamic. 30% is made without sulphites, which gives greater richness, complexity and a creamier texture. The wine has a pale colour. It has aromas of quince, pears, honey, white flowers (such as orange blossom and jasmine) and grapefruit, with a hint of balsamic at the end. On the palate the wine is dry, with mild tannins and a slightly saline note towards the end, caused by the granite soil of the vineyards.
