Josper Rotisserie ASJ-063 Small Chicken Grill

Josper ASJ-063 is a smaller model in Josper's range of charcoal rotisseries, designed for smaller professional kitchens that demand top performance, traditional flavour and efficient use of space. Despite being compact, it offers everything you would expect from a Josper grill – perfect cooking, juiciness, aroma and a visually attractive preparation. The grill features six spit rods and a 630 mm grilling surface, on which up to 24 chickens can be prepared at once. The grilling temperature ranges between 200–280 °C, while rapid heating takes just a few minutes. Thanks to efficient combustion, daily charcoal consumption is between 16–20 kg.

The basis of a perfect result is the planetary rotation system, in which each spit rotates not only around its own axis but also around a central drum – this ensures even cooking, an ideal texture and a beautiful crust. Top lift-up doors help maintain a constant internal temperature while also allowing guests to watch the cooking process – ideal for open kitchens and visually engaging showcooking.

The model is equipped with practical accessories: a set of skewers, spit forks, 2 holders, 8 stainless steel GN 1/1 trays, tongs, a poker and an ash tray. It also offers sliding GN containers and temperature-controlled drawers that keep dishes warm and ready to serve.

Josper ASJ-063 is ideal for preparing chicken, duck, pork knuckles and other roasted specialities that call for slow rotation and careful heat management.
