Josper Mangal MGJ-132 is not just about grilling, but also about a great experience of preparing food. Daily charcoal consumption of 22 to 24 kg ensures economy and efficiency of grilling. The equipment includes 3 adjustment grates, 1 grilling grate, 16 GN 1/9 trays and practical tongs for easy handling.
Four adjustable levels with two adjustable crossbars, on which you can carry out a wide range of food preparation, from direct grilling to slow cooking, all on charcoal. Josper Mangal brings culinary possibilities and will help you prepare steak, hamburgers, kebabs, shashlik, right up to chicken breasts or wings, and Mangal can even be used for smoking and holding food warm.
