Casseroles, 24 cm. Ideal for preparing eggs, seafood dishes, fish, vegetables, prawns or small dishes. Other sizes are 16, 20 and 28 cm. The casserole can be served directly at the table, so the customer's dish keeps its temperature for longer. Each casserole can also be purchased with a glass Pyrex lid with a bakelite handle. Lids in the 24 and 28 cm sizes are also available in aluminium.
