Josper HJX-15 Mini is recommended for approximately 30 guests and takes about 25 minutes to reach operating temperature. It consumes 1.5–2.5 kg of charcoal daily and one charcoal loading allows up to 6 hours of autonomy. In terms of output, it can produce approximately 20 kg of food per hour at a temperature of 250 to 350 °C. The unit's dimensions are 500 x 688 x 550 mm, while the grilling surface measures 347 x 353 mm. The recommended installation height is 80–90 cm. The extraction capacity is 2000 m³/h.
