It is a compact Basic model, supplied without the lower base and the upper holding cabinet. Josper combines an oven and a grill in a single unit, which thanks to special steel alloys and advanced technology allows all-day food preparation at 300–350 °C. The result is fast and efficient grilling that preserves the juiciness, texture and authentic flavour of dishes. Designed to process approximately 80 dishes per hour, it combines high performance with the aesthetics, quality and reliability proven in previous models.

The new hydraulic door-closing system increases the chef's working efficiency and ensures smoother, more comfortable operation. Modernised ventilation systems in both the upper and lower parts of the grill improve air circulation, optimising combustion and making maintenance easier. The upper holding cabinet is designed to offer greater flexibility in food preparation and allow wider use of accessories.
This compact HJA-PLUS S80 model in its basic version, without the lower base and upper holding cabinet, can process approximately 80 dishes per hour. Quick heating time (25 minutes) and low charcoal consumption (10–12 kg per day) guarantee efficient operation with up to 9 hours of continuous grilling per load. The recommended operating temperature of 250–350 °C provides ideal conditions for preparing first-class dishes with an authentic flavour.
The grill is available in various door colour options, so you can easily match it to the design of your kitchen. The dimensions of the HJA-PLUS S80 model are 649 × 1024 × 772 mm, while the interior grilling grates measure 510 × 500 mm.
Included in the package is a spark and ash catching system, an original pair of Josper tongs, a professional wire cleaning brush, two grilling grates and an ash poker.
